We still have not received our order
Very fast service.
kit came mising hose, tap fitting for small tap not garden tap, & support I got told to read the instructions (check web found out about mising part)
I needed a water filter . I live 500 mtrs from the local treatment plant and the chlorine reading here was 3.8 (whatever that means but tested by the local authority) I googled, searched, I got 9 different quotes. The highest was $9300 and the lowest was $550. There was one at $6200 and then I found shield. IDENTICAL specifications to the $6200 one for $995 delivered. I smelt a rat but ordered one. I fitted it myself . I tried it out then I asked the local water authority to come and test the water The chlorine reading was 0. I think it has reduced the in house water pressure a little bit but I have the cleanest water I have ever had . I could not give a higher recommendation than to buy Shield
This is the one I purchased

Have chased a refund for a previous order I sent back for months with it never being actioned. We will be changing our filtration system, horrible service.
