The filters are easy to replace, the only concern I have with this company is that when I approached them with a concern I received no reply. This is why I cannot give full marks.
Luckily for me I had a plumber installing other products, as even he had a bit of trouble following the instructions. Does not come with a support to put the cartridges in. Put mine on outdoor tap for easy access. Works ok, but could be better with longer tubing.

So pleased with this system, has been installed for 6 weeks now, everything was shipped and installed seamlessley. Nothing but positive comments for the whole process and quality of our water now. Best price in the market combined with a quality and well priced plumber at least $1K less than many of the other advertised systems out there, the others that when pushed on specifics do not remove fluoride.
