Happy with Shield always!
The filters are easy to replace, the only concern I have with this company is that when I approached them with a concern I received no reply. This is why I cannot give full marks.
Luckily for me I had a plumber installing other products, as even he had a bit of trouble following the instructions. Does not come with a support to put the cartridges in. Put mine on outdoor tap for easy access. Works ok, but could be better with longer tubing.
Easy to install. Great tasting water.
