We purchased and installed a 5 filter RO system under bench system, Sept 2025.Purchase and delivery was very straight forward, installation by myself easy due to the detailed instructions. Water quality has improved greatly very happy. However a few niggles are starting to appear . On 2 occasions we found water under the sink but could not locate any leaks, and the leaks seemed to remedy themselves. In the last 2 wks we have to 2 major leaks, both from the tap at the top of the PA E tank where the tap screws in. I unscrewed the tap resealed with thread sealer and that fixed for 10 days,[ I also checked the air pressure in the bladder, found it low and repressured it to the recommended pressure] It started leaking from the same area again, I have replaced the tap, using the process of elimination to get to the bottom the problem. I could not see any sign of cracking at the stem that he tap screws onto and only screwed the tap on firm hand tight.
No leaks so far, but now turning the tap spigot on to get water out it runs nicely then slows down and dribbles as if the shut of valve has shut the system down. water taste great though. I shouldn't think our filters need changing at 6mths, I don't think our water on the Central Coast NSW is that bad ,but who knows. Updates to follow.

Amazing filters. Massive difference between my new filters and the old ones….
20” x 4.5” Whole House Triple Big Blue Water Filter System | WaterMark Certified | 3-Stage Wall Mount | Ideal for Town Water
20” x 2.5” Whole House Water Filter Cartridges | 2-Stage Replacement | 5 Micron Sediment 0.5 Micron Coconut Carbon
The Undersink Alkaline Triple Water Filter System is a good product and works well. However, our home water is quite hard, so I need to use a reverse osmosis (RO) system. I am planning to install an RO filter to better suit our water conditions.
