I bought this product because it was very reasonably priced and the filter combination was specific for our WA hard water. Great product, very professional looking, commercial grade hardware. There were a couple of hand screws to hold the cover on that were missing so I texted Shield and they put them in the post straight away. They also answered all my mounting questions straight away with photos of other installs. I highly recommend this product and I am very particular. Tip - I rang up to query the difference between this product (3 stage filtration for WA water with stainless steel cover) versus a cheaper model, glad I did because this one has a full stainless steel frame underneath the cover, a lot more robust.
