Great filters and service, only thing I can suggest is supplying O rings for the filter housings.

Instructions insufficient

I would like to add that when we initially bought the countertop filter, there wasn't any instructions indicating that we had to remove the plastic packaging inside the filter and we had been using the countertop filter for over 6 months. Upon changing the filter cartridge after 6 months, I only then noticed that the plastic packaging had been in the filter all along! Very disappointed and lm not sure the health impact it has without the plastic packaging removed when drinking from the filter system.
