Shipping & Delivery Policy – SHIELD®

All orders placed with SHIELD® are dispatched within one business day via our trusted freight partners. If you have specific delivery instructions or requests, please contact us via email—notes left during checkout may not be seen or processed.

Damage & Warranty Claims
Customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery. In the event of transit damage, please provide clear photographic evidence for replacement eligibility. For fragile items, a warranty label will be applied; this label must not be removed under any circumstances, as SHIELD® may require it for verification during any damage assessment.

Delivery Delays & Express Shipping
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly. SHIELD® will handle all necessary investigations and take responsibility for any delivery loss or delay.
Express Post is available only to major metropolitan and regional centres. Please refer to Australia Post’s Express Post coverage before selecting this option and paying any express surcharge.
