Amazing service and quick/easy to replace

I ordered the wrong replacement cartridge the first time, but the people from Shield was nice and responded quickly. They gave me a full refund and referred me to the correct replacement cartridge. The cartridge was very easy to replace, the coloured dots helped with replacing the corresponding filter parts, and only require a twist with your hands to open and close the filtered parts. Overall very happy with their service and their products.
