I’m a plumber and I’m impressed with the quality of this filter system. Brass threads are much better than poly like on some other brands. Stainless frame and cover also seem top notch. I’d be happy recommend Shield products.
The installation Pack has everything. And it is easy to instal. But, the instructions are a bit wrong. They recommend a 13 mm hole but only a 10 mm one is needed. Also, the flow is extremely low. Much lower than the one it replaced. But you get used to that, so not big deal.
Had this whole house filtration installed and it has completely transformed our water quality. No more hard water spots, no more odours and best of all no more itchy scalp. Could not be happier with this product. Highly Recommended
