All parts came (1 was slightly too tall but I made it fit). No problems or issues other than I had to pay for shipping. When a customer orders a little more, please give them free shipping as I ordered the Samsung fridge filters aswell (from same business but different name- had exactly same website and invoice)

This filter has made drinking water fun again. It's a fantastic, portable filter that we can take anywhere and experience delicious water.
I’m a plumber and I’m impressed with the quality of this filter system. Brass threads are much better than poly like on some other brands. Stainless frame and cover also seem top notch. I’d be happy recommend Shield products.
The installation Pack has everything. And it is easy to instal. But, the instructions are a bit wrong. They recommend a 13 mm hole but only a 10 mm one is needed. Also, the flow is extremely low. Much lower than the one it replaced. But you get used to that, so not big deal.
